I'd be checking out the UK ebay site, and I'd also make a call to the UK Rolex RSC. Outside of the USA, everything is easier when it comes to Rolex, and judging from what people say about the acquisition of parts and service for older Rolex watches when they're not in the US, you might find an easy time of it.
Rolex might take your old bracelet on trade to offset the cost of replacing a new one, IF your old bracelet is genuine Rolex. And, there's always that guy in Hong Kong who can work wonders with old bracelets sent to him for restoration. I've used him for a Gold Date Jubilee and I've sung his praises ever since. You might send him a digital photo and ask his opinion of your current bracelet. I don't believe Rolex is making SS 19mm Jubilee bracelets anymore, but there may be some old stock somewhere in Geneva that London can get for you, if indeed you need an SS model. And, as always, there's always the aftermarket. I'm not advocating fraud, but if you get an aftermarket bracelet, get someone skilled to take the clasp from your old one and mount it on the new one...then who am I to care if it gives you the look you're after. Good luck, and I hope this is helpful. |
