118238 is the new style President with polished lugs and 35% heavier bracelet that now
has all links made of solid gold.
(Unlike hollow capped links on older model 18238)

Yellow gold model number 118238 with "president bracelet" and fluted bezel.

The bracelet is LIKE NEW with NO stretch and ALL links are still
showing gaps when the watch is held sideways.
The case of the watch is immaculate as well and looks like it was hardly worn !!

New style 'large' inner, outer boxes that come only with 18K models, booklets,
chronometer red tag, green “President” tag.

Light champagne dial with golden sticks - applied markers and Luminova dots.
