Which watch should I take on this trip
Im going to be travelling on the same time zone, ill be doing a 600 mile roadtrip to the atlantic coast of my country to visit the island of baru and staying there for two days, then going to a national beacj park called el cabo de la vela, but im getting there through gravel roads in the worst condition as part of the adventure, total 500 miles of mud and dirt and gettin stuck and fixing the car. After this I am going to another island, called bocachica and stayng there for two days and then the return trip of another 600 miles back home. i am torn between my nd sub and my pepsi.

I say GMT, even though you won't be in different time zones. I would think of any excuse to wear a Pepsi!

Based on the pictures of the scenery, I feel this trip is far to danerous for you or either of your watches to risk. Please send all travel documents, tickets, visa's and some extra speding money to me and I'll risk one of my watches instead. I feel it's the least I can do.

I'd say the Submariner is appropriate, and definitely the NATO.

As has been stated, I would go with the Sub but either the oyster bracelet or Nato strap would look just fine!!!

I must agree on the Sub. They thrive on adversity, and it would be both a bulletproof companion during the journey and a great companion in the gorgeous surf at the beach!

I took my good old sub on the bulletproof oyster, almost went with nato, but realized that i dont have the nice natos, and the overall quality is bad, but i will be getting proper natos once i return, i feel it's safer to have in case one of the slugs fail (its a relativelly new sub so i dont think they would fail) you know for piece of mind.
I will be back in a couple of weeks and will post pics of what i put the sub throgh, thats why i buy rolex anyway, casue they can take one hell of a beating, if i only had a dj i would sure as hell bring it along.
