Preowned Rolex Sites (US)

I want to buy a Submariner (circa 2002-2006) and am looking for a reputable site in the US. I was dealing with preownedrolex.com (timekeeper) and they are absolutely horrible. Can anyone offer any suggestions before I go to the Rolex USA store in NYC and just pay retail?

Thx

I was going to recommend PreownedRolex.com - oops! What don't you like about them? I've bought two watches from Cayce and was very satisfied with both transactions.

Try here. Have not bought from them, just talked to them on the phone. Seemed good. They had all the right answers.

Yes, it was recommended by a friend to me as well who knew I was looking. The site claimed I didn't have to use paypal, which was a plus because there have been a ton of security issues and they request banking information to approve anything over 2K. I asked by what other means could I pay with a credit card as indicated on their site and they kept directing me towards paypal. It creeped me out a bit and their follow up email was a bit rude. I was surprised to say the least considering I was trying to give them 6k plus shipping.

I use PayPal frequently so it wasn't an issue for me when I purchased from Preownedrolex.com. Cayce's emails can be a bit short, but it didn't bother me.

I have dealt with the watchseller.com but it is hit or miss for what he has.

Sometimes a bit on the high side but VERY trusted.

I would recommend preownedrolex.com. Cayce is very good.

Just be certain that preowned/preloved/used/2nd hand is a much better deal compared to the possible best from an AD on brand new.Especially when buying from the less expensive states and getting the tax advantages of such a purchase,of buying out of state.

In my part of the world, the difference between used and the best price I got from an AD on cash, did not even justify considering,a used purchase.

Try Peter at www.watchexpoltd.com. He is fair and very reputable. He and his wife run the Newport Beach store. I have met them both and they are good people. Tell them Steve and Alicia Saporito referred you.
