Went downstairs to take the lamb shank out of the freezer and realized it was 2 Pm and i needed lunch.

Made my self a perfect "Hangover" lunch consisting of a Wiener from my German butcher & a Debreziner accompanied by Tahini Hummus a salty pickle and some Swedish Herring.

Goobled it down with freshly squeezed OJ and another Underberg.

Finished it off with a Danesi espresso and another Underberg, (for balance) and now life is almost back to normal.

Kanongott.

I'm not a big Costco food fan but these are extremly delicious.

They are precooked, (comes 4 in a pack for $20) with sauce and just fall to pieces.

I just put it in the oven, add some red wine, a boillon cube and onions and voila, 20 minutes later you have a perfect bachelor dinner.

That sounds delish Tim and like I said, can't wait to see it.
