I'd go with the SUB with those choices. Check out the 243 and the 305 before your final decision though...

Make sure you consider the cheaper PAM's are mostly manual wind.
I was interested until I realized I had to wind it every day..... The automatics are a little more practical, and look awesome |

I have owned a few subs and I would much rather have the 24 over the dime a dozen subs. Subs are just way to common these days for me to wear one, and these days women are buying them just as much as men.

go with an older series pam 24, before they switched over to L-dials. they are only going to get more sought after. i've had two 16610s and sold them both; everybody had one.

All submersibles are automatic.

Yeah, and even more surprising since it's in the PAM forum!

I'm going to go after this from a different angle.
Do you just want one watch or one day do you really see yourself owning both. I love Rolex and Panerai, really need one or each, but if you can't afford both....16610 hands down. Much more versitile and really a great watch. If you are going to own more than one....doesn't matter just buy the one that is a better deal! Probable the 16610 since it is used. Then save up and get yourself a nice used 24!

there are so many choices really.
the 16610 and omega PO is a good all arounder (these i can use often) the pam not too versatile but unique (going to be a casual watch and well taken care of) but going to get just 1 of these divers no sense in getting more than 1 current collection: Pam112 gmt master IIC |
