My rolex running fast (1min/day) will Rolex Beverly Hill adjust it for free?

Hello,

I had my Rolex service at Rolex Beverly Hills in nov 2003. When I got it back it was running fast about 1/min a day. I though it needs to break in (silly me). Now that I am wearing the watch everyday now.

I wounder if I could send it back to have them adjust it. When I had the watch service there 3 years ago. They essentially told me that it is more or less a flat fee of about mine was closer to $400, and my watch looked new afterward.

My question is if I send my watch back will they just make the adjustment for free since their flat rate is $400. I head a rumer that they did.

I don't want to send it in and have them give me an estimate for $400.

Anyone know from experience.
