I am also a big fan of the Air King. Both of them pictured here are great looking watches. My Vintage TT is still in Hong Kong getting its' jubilee bracelet tightened.

To my knowledge, Rolex doesn't use different names for different markets. So Yes, Air-King is used World Wide.
