Pulled the trigger..
Friends,
I finally have my dream watch on my wrist. The Z series Blue TT Sub. After several glitches with trying to buy a pre-owned, I finally decided to buy a brand new one from Alan Furman. A few reasons: 1. The difference in cost between a D/Z series pre-owned and a brand new one was just 10%. 2. The 10% was definitely worth the experience of having to look at and touch the watch before I buy. 3. Get a 2 yr warantee. I have been frequenting this forum the past few weeks and made some good friends. There is a wealth of information here, that helped me tremendously in my buying process. I guess the passion that folks have here for watches are infectious. I want to say a BIG Thank you to you all for being there for me. On a side note, I had this private joke with a close friend. On my list of things to do in life, I told him that I wanted one very cheap watch and one very expensive watch. Both good. And, I showed him my Casio then. He laughed and told me that I had 50% completed. I just had to get to the next 50%. I called him yesterday and showed him the remaining 50%. I am a happy man. I will post pics as soon as I get a chance. |

Congratulations.
JJ is gonna love you. You've made a friend for life (that is, as long as you keep the Blue Sub). Post pics when you get a chance.

Seems like this TT BLue sub is getting to be very popular with forum members! I personnally like the Black/Gold TT sub better, but the Blue seems to outsell it by 3 to 1. Very nice looking watch! Congrads!
