Also look at the crown. It looks like a steel/nickel alloy with gold finish that has started to come off.
Also on the holographic stick it looks like it says or said "116622". To my knowledge there is no such model. Now there is a model 16622 which is the SS/PL YM. Also on the back of the watch bracelet is engraved "116610". What is that? Surely that is not the model number either, because the 116610 is the model number for the Sub-c. The "ROLEX", coronet and design stamp on the bracelet clasp does not look like the right font. Also the coronet looks stubby compared to the authentic. Also, there are clasp codes you typically see to the right of the "ROLEX" stamp. See below As Nicko would probably say, Its a fugazi! |

Well the big give away a few pages back on all gold watches with triplock crowns the centre dot is always larger on genuine all gold watches.

It's a Fake. And I'm fairly certain that you're aware of that fact as well. My first question would be why the numbers on the band and the numbers on the holographic sticker on the case back don't match. Pull the band end links off the watch and shoot some pics of whatever is stamped between the lugs(if in fact anything IS.) Replicas have come a long way. Again...just my opinion. I'm certainly not an expert.

Ahhh, the truth at last. I put my two cents in prior to reading all the way through.
But out of curiosity, what movement did the jeweler say it employed???...or DID you even take it to a jeweler. My guess is......not. Again..just my opinion and just curious. |

You don't have to look past the 2 most obvious errors. The minute hand is too narrow and the centre of the M in Master comes all the way down to the baseline. The correct M appears as it is in this text.
