Bezel markings are definitely GMT type and dial looks like a Serti one.

Pat Boone used to be quite a hit in the early '60s. Some of his numbers are still worth a listen.

It's a 18K Rolex, but which model I do not know for sure!

I think the color printing may be off. It looks to me like an SS black bezel GMT with a custom serti dial.

Definitely a 18K GMT with Serti dial, but James I think it's legit.
