Bezel markings are definitely GMT type and dial looks like a Serti one.

Pat Boone used to be quite a hit in the early '60s. Some of his numbers are still worth a listen.

I think the color printing may be off. It looks to me like an SS black bezel GMT with a custom serti dial.
