I believe 650 TPD should be enough. Some are more programmable than others, i.e. # of TPD, bi-directional etc etc.

I have the wolf 4.0 modular winders. It has cw, ccw or bidirectional. 300, 600 or 900 turns. Delayed starting times....
It runs on rechargeable battery.
My only complaint is the charge doesn't last long. Its suppose to last up to 6 months but it only gets about 2.

I had one Wolf Winder and the quality was very good.. programable to start right at the moment or 12 hours later, and do rotations cw, ccw, and both...do not know that much about specs..
