I've been looking to buy one of this for a while....

and I finally found it yesterday.

A few weeks ago on my way to Las Vegas I saw a lady at the Denver airport carrying a very cool PAN AM Airlines bag. Since I was with my wife, I didn't feel like approaching the lady and asking her where she got it.

Yesterday, I was walking around Broadway Ave. here in Chicago and saw it at a store. Of course I had to buy it. I needed the bag in order to take some pictures of my GMT on it.

After looking at the tag I realized that I could have bought it online a while ago at www.panambrands.com

I know they did. I used to fly Pan Am and Eastern back in the days. Looks like PanAm Brands is being run by some old retired flight attendants that use to work for PanAm.

Which was offensive: "old", "retired", or "used to date"?

Big A!

"I needed the bag in order to take some pictures of my GMT on it."

That's the best line of the thread!

I bought the same watch Rootbeer in 1984, a great watch. Don't you think a Pepsi GMT would look better with that bag ? i might get a PanAm bag, its name is so iconic.

Indeed, I just wish I had a nice vintage pepsi with tons of patina.

PanAm... Holy cow.
I didnt know any of their stuff was still around.
I used to have shares in PanAm.. at the sugguestion of my Dad. I guess that's why I dont dabble in the market anymore...
