You can get an upgrade to CS5 for under $200, but you won't get the full suite for less than $600.

I'm hardly conversant in Photoshop. I use it to spiff my pictures up, but I'm very limited.
I read just the other day on one forum or another that using layers is the best way to counter the effects of glare, but I don't know how to use layers. Photoshop Elements has the layers functions to some degree. You might start your search based on that. There are probably tutorials on the internet. I remember now that that conversation about glare was between Dilemma and another member. Perhaps, he can help you with that, or at least point out the thread.
