Another Omega added to the collection...
Long story short; I had this watch sitting on my shelf for months now. I bought it to re-sell via a hobby business but local bureaucratic laws took the fun out of it so I decided to keep it.
I couldn't be happier. The watch is the 2265 [quartz] SMP [Electric Blue]. I never wore the watch until this weekend and the dial just light up when it hit the sun. I was never a fan of the Electric Blue, alway thought it didn't look as nice as the other SMPs. When I had it at home, I had it in poor lighting conidtions and didn't sing to me. But after wearing it, I can't stop raving out it. I nickname this my 'summer watch'. It came on the blue leather but I did a swap with my SMP and it looks much better. Also the blue leather fits good on the SMP. See, told ya it looks good after I did the switch (of course the bracelet will find its way back home frequently)

Hi anonymousmoose,
No, I'm not following you and I am glad that you are keeping the watch, but the strap is still rubber. Brian PS Not only do I want a blue rubber strap, I now want an Electric Blue SMP too

I'm glad you are keeping it. You call it your "summer watch" and I call it my "fun watch". It always makes me smile when I put it on.
I bought the electric blue in 2006, flipped it in 2008, and missed it so much that I picked up another in 2009. This one will not leave the collection: Fr. John† |
