Incoming 288
Hello Good People,
I went to the dark side recently and ended up with a PAM 88. I liked exploring the dark parts of my personality so much that yesterday I returned to the DS because I NEEDED something to wear to my brother's upcoming wedding -- I'm the best man and couldn't possibly sport one of my existing watches. Therefore, as a sacrafice to little bro and his bride to be (tongue firmly planted inside cheek ), I picked up a PAM 288 from my AD at a fantastic discount. I'll have it on my wrist next weekend...I had to have an XL band fitted to the watch which needed to be ordered. Anyway, below is a pic. Please note that neither the picture nor the particular watch is mine, but you get the idea. By the way, for the sake of my own marriage, I hope not to return to the DS for awhile...seems like I am unable to control my urge to get into trouble! Cheers, |

Hey Good People,
I just picked up the new 288 after an OEM chocolate brown 'gator was installed. I like it very much! I will likely sport it primarily at the gig given that it seems like it will work well in a suit and tie setting. Below is a flick with my 88. I think they compliment each other rather well. Sorry for the poor-quality picture. My photograhphy skills suck...and given the above I don't have any coin for a new camera or lessons. Cheers, |
