Dumb questions about other nations around the world

I have a few dumb questions about nations around the world

Do all nations currently use a 365 day calendar plus leap year?

Do all nations have a 7 day week and 12 month year?

Do all nations use a mathematical number scheme based on 10?

Has any nation / country ever used a mathematical number scheme based on anything other than 10 in the last 200 years? When and which one?

Thanks

North Korea's Kim Il Sung once reported eight holes in one in a round of golf, so anything is possible with them.

All nations have to be on some standardized system or they just can't get along very well in the world.

I believe that Jews and Israel use their own calendar in conjunction with the standard calendar.

The American Indian nations don't recognize time in the same way as Western or Westernized nations do, but they have to follow the norm to some degree now that they're raking in the dough with the casinos.

The stories abound out here in the American west about tribal members showing up for scheduled meetings as much as two weeks early or late, because that's their way.

It takes some getting used to, but that's the way it is. Some tribes are more punctual than others. I've experienced this myself, by the way.

As far as I know, all humans use base 10 as a number system, because we have ten fingers. This of course excludes computer programmers who use base 2, but probably revert to base 10 at lunch and quitting time.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Fact - Ethiopia has its own calendar, which is based on the Coptic calendar, and is roughly eight years behind the Gregorian calendar we use.
we all do now have a mathematical system based on ten

here is the old uk monetary system pre 1971 its confusing as!!!

What about daylight savings time. I am pretty sure that Arizona and somewhere else in the US doesn't do it. How about the rest of the world?
