This seems to be a real mixed up watch. A mix up yes but not yet sure if counterfeit or not.
The seller does declare replaced hands and possible relume. "ORIGINAL Oyster band" is also claimed but it is in fact a later band and not a folded links type. The two end pieces have different numbers so one at least is incorrect and the bezel insert is incorrect for this ref/serial number. The font in the date window imo is not correct but the so many different variations of the GMT leaves me wondering.... Anyone?? |
