it should be in your manual.. but in essence if you want your 4th/24 hour hand to track the normal hour hand 1st unscrew the crown to the position where minute hand moves (full out IIRC) then set the red/green hand to the hour position on the bezel - then move the crown in until the hour hand is on the quick set and move it forward or back ward to set the date and set the correct hour time...

hope that makes sense - it does to me at this time of day

wow. thank you so much for posting this. i didn't understand how this watch worked and was too embarassed to ask. how freaking COOL. Even though I dont really need it. I WANT ONE!!!!!! damn you guys
