it should be in your manual.. but in essence if you want your 4th/24 hour hand to track the normal hour hand 1st unscrew the crown to the position where minute hand moves (full out IIRC) then set the red/green hand to the hour position on the bezel - then move the crown in until the hour hand is on the quick set and move it forward or back ward to set the date and set the correct hour time...
