Rolex Watch-Cellini-Geneve-Swiss Made I don't know if this is a real Rolex or a pretender, I bought it at an estate sale. Face has a five pointed crown and says: Rolex, Geneve, Cellini. The reverse has a five pointed crown and says: Rolex of Geneva, 16-78878, Swiss Made. The watch is not running, but looks good otherwise. I don't know if it has a battery or what?
