IWC Aquatimer

Does anyone have any experience with IWC Aquatimers. I was looking at a blue and orange model on steel bracelet. I really like the look of it. They also do the same model in black and yellow and gold black. IWC refer to it as a dive watch though its only rated at 12 bar. Enough for most I know but compared to the none chrono at 200 bar it seems a little odd.
The watch has a very high rrp but I have found it at a discount and with 3 years 0%.
I'm looking for THE watch like most of you I expect. I like a bit of colour so the Aquatimer appeals.
So any info on this model or IWC in general regards quality and value would be help full.

Picture from the net.

Just thought I'de add my other favourites. Breitling Blackbird big date and also I like the look of a few Pam marina, 50 , 120. How would these compare to the IWC ?
