I have a question that I hope someone can answer. What type of band would be stronger and more durable, metal or leather. I'm specifically referring to where the band secures to the lugs. My first impression would be that a metal band would be more durable because the spring bar would have no room to bend. Hope my question makes sense. Thanks in advance.

ance for any input.

I would say that was a sound theory..

Also, a metal bracelet has more resistance to lateral and torsional stresses that tend to rip the spring-bars out.

Of course, it would need to be kept in good repair as it's only as strong as it's weakest link..
