1680 tropical red sub pics! and advice?

hello everyone!

I am a newcomer to vintage rolex (a 'collection' of 2 at the moment) but I had the good fortune to come across an incredible 1680 a while back and I need to get an appraisal in Los Angeles.

Does anyone know anyone and/or how is this done?

I attached photos. It's a helluva watch-red, meters first, perfectly matched tropical bezel and dial.

I have a 1675 rootbeer gmt (my first vintage rolex) as a daily wear but I am mesmerized by the early 5513's-gilt/gloss, bart simpsons especially (incredible on those old timey alligator straps with a rolex buckle........).

I am just learning about vintage rolex in the last year but I have been into vintage collectibles for a while (I tried to get creative with photographing the 1680 for you guys by putting it on a 1960's Arne Norell brown leather safari chair)

On another note, I am trying to keep some sanity with this whole thing but getting a strong urge to move on getting a 5513. I am not much for box and papers (a lot of those seem hard to verify unless they are punched or documented from the original owner, especially when ebay is full of guarantee papers for sale) but trying to sort out how to find a mint gilt/gloss 5513 with the right gestalt and unquestionable authenticity and whether to try and trade in my first watch, a very good condition 1675 rootbeer gmt which I use for daily wear, for a mint 5513 because it seems like a stronger long term position or to be crazy and go up to 3 rolexes.

The flip side of this passion for vintage is that I am nearly computer illiterate so I can attach the 1675 in a separate post-I have some 5513's in mind (BART SIMPSON!!!!) too.

Can someone help me? Reading everyone's posts I am sure you understand the need to satiate this obsession somehow.
