Real or Fake Vintage Oyster Perpetual Serpico Y Laino?
I am interested in buying this watch because of the cool back story of the store it's from. Obviously very weary about purchasing a fake or Tudor with Rolex Dial. Anybody own a Serpico Y Laino Rolex? Anybody have an idea as to authenticity? If real what is a fair price?

I think the best way would be to find one with the original receipt and/or paperwork.

Looks original and authentic to me, but I could be wrong.

Serpico y Laino of Caracas was closed in 1966, so any original dial must predate that. Since this is marked only "Swiss", the dial must be radium if authentic, and the hands are obviously later replacements (and likely LumniNova). If the lume on the dial glows after exposure to bright light, it is aftermarket or refinished. It's difficult to tell otherwise from these photos.
Hope this helps.
