Iwc big pilot question??
Hey guys, I've been looking at the big pilot for a while now and am considering taking the plung. A question for you BP owners. Is the crystal AR coated inside and out? If so, have any of you had issues with the AR coating scratching? And how is the watch for everyday use? Any wristshots would be much appreciated also.
Thanks guys! |

I own its little brother the Mark XVI so I'll try to answer your questions to the best of my ability.
The crystal has AR coating on both the inside and the outside of the crystal/ The AR coating is almost impossible to scratch and is still at 100% after 6+ months of HEAVY wear. The BP may be a bit large for everyday use, but many people do wear it daily, and I'm sure one of them will come along. |
