We rescued here from a New Orleans pet shelter...... I suspect she had some tough early years before running into our "easy street" house for cats :)
Cans of wet food appear in front of her snout daily, water magically appears in the endless bowl, and her litter is magically cleaned up every 2 days...... ahhh the good life>>>>> FIG - that action shot is fabulous! Cat's can hold their own..... |

thx jbat!
cool cat Steel! My wife was never really a cat person before we met........ after we got this black-fur-ball she asked me after 2 weeks of ownership......"is it normal for this thing to walk across the room all slow and normal..... then ears go back for no good reason, and bail up the stair like her head is on FIRE?!!".......... "this happens randomly through the day"....... I just smiled and let the new family member settle in. |

Take care at our place.
If you negotiote the 'Dragon' and 'Mr Rabbit' lurking in the shadows you will then have to pass 'Harris'. You think Harris is asleep - check the alert ears - he is like a steel spring waiting to snap.

If the door bell rings in my friend's house, Izzy (looking so tough here in the front) runs up the stairs and hides under the bed. Usually followed by Emma, just in case Izzy knows something she doesn't.

But mine is a sad story...
I love my cats but they don't love me! I am just a servant to bring them food and keep them entertained, only if and when they want it.

Sure they love you, they just don't show it with the slobbering dependence that dogs do. It's one of the things I love about them. Cats make great companions, and they crack me up to boot.
