Trade these for these.
I am trading a royal oak 15300 white dial BNIB still wrapped, I picked it up for 33% off the old list of $12,500( I already have a black dial 15300 and prefer it much more, one that I have been actually wearing) + a Breitling steelfish which was worn only a few times for two Panerai models : a 312 and a 321 which retail for 7400 & 9000. I will be getting a 19% discount on the Pams so I will have to come up with 3700 for the trade.
Opinions please!

I agree in dumping the white dial 15300 since you already have the black dial and the Breilting. But IMO those 2 PAM's are very similar. I like swapping teh 15300 & Breitlng for eitehr the 312 or 321 and smething else, not both.

Agree as well, I'm not a fan of the 321 - too busy.

Since you asked for opinions...I'd keep the APs...I had a 312...dumped it. And yes the 321 is too busy for me as well.
I can't speak for the Breitlings as they don't really do anything for me. I'm jealous of your AP though...those are sweet! |

Which other Pam would you recommend besides the 321.

Joe, I'll go against the tide a bit.
![]() I quite like the 321. I kinda like PR's on the front. I do think that perhaps a 321 and 312 are a bit close given the fact you can hide the 24 hr. hand when not in use. My first thought was something like a 359 in leiu of the 312. Might make a nice combo. ![]() |

Not a big fan of either 321 either. The 312 is nice but somewhat bland.
Then again, I'm not a fan of Gerald Genta designed watches either! ;-) Dump'em all and get a 127/Fiddy! ![]() ![]() |

Holy crap!!!, I just googled the 127/Fiddy, 22k preowned, I don't think I could bring myself to buy a watch that costs the same as my car.

There are SO many differnet PAM's it's hard to reccomend you one w/o knowing what you are looking for. I happen to like the 312, so I agree with getting that, but not the 321. It's different, but you don't have a divers watch, how about the 305? Or since you like the look of the 312, how about the 233, it's similar and arguably more desirable than the 312.

233 is my fav affordable Panerai. Domed crystal, GMT + 8 days PR complications, the first Panerai with the in-house movement, looks great on a JV strap. If you could only have one Panerai, that might be the one.

I personally would rather have the 15300 over a 233, but I'd rather have the 233 over a SECOND 15300, I say go for it! Trade it straight up, or maybe through in 1K ifneed be, save the Breilting and maybe use the Breitling as trade bait in the future

I think i prefer my panerai to be from the basic, historic line...OP can do all they want to compete with the big watch names that have been around for hundreds of years by coming up with their in-house movemements...I will stick with their watches that first appealed to me long time ago...like the 111 |
