I don't know enough to consider myself competent, just maybe enough to be dangerous so I thought I would ask the experts here.

What do you guys think of that one? Main concerns I have are with the seller, auslaw2004, having low feedback (but has been a member for 7 years) and the service form just seems kind of odd (like the declared value at $100, no signature, etc.).

Get return address and full name of the seller, and
pay only by paypal

If they refuse to tell you full name and address, dont buy

Listing ended. If you purchased it, request contact information via Ebay and call him. Make sure there is a person on the other end.

If you buy with Paypal, they may not release him the funds until you post positive feedback, since he does not have any recent transactions.
