Multi-vitamin pill each morning, physical training 3-4 times a week.

Works for me.

Oh, and Red Wine. Plenty.

I am not (yet) overweight but am getting there fast. I am convinced the real answer is a good mix of diet and exercise, but no short cut.

Well, I tried vit B complex for a while (for the sake of taking supplement), I didn't feel any different what so ever so I gave up. Lately, I took a controversial supplement, Lithium orotate. It has nothing to do to the body, yet it does wonder to the mind, concentration and memory!

yes.
GNC Mega-Men Vita-Pak daily,
Jay Robb Brown Rice Protein powder Smoothie with almond milk/water twice daily,
Mega Zyme.
All natural, and energizing.
2 other meals are balanced, usually with 4 oz protein and about 6 oz vegetables.
