I am not (yet) overweight but am getting there fast. I am convinced the real answer is a good mix of diet and exercise, but no short cut.
Well, I tried vit B complex for a while (for the sake of taking supplement), I didn't feel any different what so ever so I gave up. Lately, I took a controversial supplement, Lithium orotate. It has nothing to do to the body, yet it does wonder to the mind, concentration and memory! Quote:

GNC Mega-Men Vita-Pak daily, Jay Robb Brown Rice Protein powder Smoothie with almond milk/water twice daily, Mega Zyme. All natural, and energizing. 2 other meals are balanced, usually with 4 oz protein and about 6 oz vegetables.
