Dunno Eric. I haven't got two Sub's to compare! Got a couple of Casio's!

It's possible, unless Rolex deliberately changed the location of the pin(s) on the dial. But wouldn't it make more sense to just buy a 116610?

is there a reason why, Johny?
okay - just spent a few minutes looking at both... from what i can see, the visual differences are: - different font/text style - different font/text spacing - minute markers are slightly thicker/bold on the 116610 dial (not very obvious) - colour of the lume (thanks Tony ) thats all i can see for now |

Are there really any differences from the LV dial to the Sub C? Apart from blue lume?? Even if it did fit, (which no one seems to know) would it be worth the hassle of swapping dials and making the watch unoriginal? |

That guy is riding a Triumph, smoking things from Jamaica and was offered the lead role in Fear an Loathing in Las Vegas.
With all this facts the guy will love a SS Sub LV with a YG crown, a green datewheel and some blue lume.

but you have still not answered my question as to why you wanted to know. in regard to the 16610 or 16610LV... will there be a difference in the dial fitment? (im not talking about the maxi dial, fat hands etc. - the actual fitting of the dial) |

It should fits, same size and the same movement. The tricky thing is to get one. It's hard for a AD trying to tell
he have a customer with a worn out dial. If it have get some water inside so will it be a warranty case.

I'll agree with Jocke ..
Both have the exact same movement, use the same Crystal and measure the same across the visible dial... The dial should not only fit, but the whole movements could be changed/swapped out.. and probably easier since you have to take it out to get to the dial...
