I like the way I am treated at the local AD as well as the lexus dealer in my area

Hey Alan, welome to the group. I know how you feel. I've been to the big national chain several times and felt very uncomfortable and I'm guessing I was probably over-sensitive. I did say screw them once I found an AD that made me feel comfortable and confident just spending time there to check out the models. I say find an AD that wants to build a relationship and not just sell a watch on the spot.

I had the owner watch me from across the room as his sales rep left 2 Rolexes on the counter and walked away from me the first time I went to an AD... I looked up and he nodded his head and looked at the watches then back at me LOL!
