The fake I present there is VERY good. So if you learn the signs of THAT fake, basically you should be tell ANY Sea-Dweller after that since IMHO no SD fake would get any better.



BTW: I might suggest that you do not make two threads with exactly the same name right after each other. The search results become much better if thread names are unique

Well, I would say it is a pretty good indicator. On the knock-offs, the Laser Coronet seems to be a bit too obvious. Also, I one has a chance to look at the fake Laser Coronet under a magnifying glass, one can easily spots poor edging and imperfect "balls" of the Coronet.

If it´s battery operated have a blue dial and says Lolex.

You can read about how to post pics on top of the general Rolex forum (the "Sticky" called "Posting Pictures Please Read")

Or you can try doing what I did:

1) Go to www.photobucket.com and create an account (it's FREE!)
2) Upload the pic to photobucket from your PC
3) When it's uploaded, copy the IMG link (BOTTOM bar under the photo in photobucket - there are three bars, but you'd wanna use the third and last bar)
4) You then note that photobucket tells you "copied".
5) Then go to rolexforums and start your post.
6) In your post, press the "Add picture" button and a prompt pops up with http://. Delete that http:// and press CTRL + V (now that address of the photo - the "IMG tag" - is inserted in the prompt you got.
7) Then DELETE the last and first [IMG] to get rid of "IMG" standing before and after your photo when you post it. (not important, but just looks better).

That's it!

I know a real Rolex in 2 seconds when I see one, and I know a FAKE Rolex in 2 seconds when I see one, that is all.
