Rolex collections vs many brands?

I am looking to collect "deep" instead of "wide." So only no date Subs for me.
Single brand. Single model. Single variation.

Done the Omega, Panerai, Tag & Breitling stages but they've all gone to better places
Been thinking of Blancpain & AP lately but will probably resell them as well and loose money again

I have now 1 IWC Mark XVI, 1 Rolex sub 16610, 1 Tudor blue sub 76100.

I would like to add later an IWC Portuguese Automatic 7 days (the look at that movement through the display back is stunning!).

I do like the SS PP Nautilus without complications but the price is obscene.

Vintage is the bulk of my collection.
