Current Modest Rolex Collection

I was happy with it for about 1 day. Then I realized I needed a vintage to round it out (not to mention a SD, GMT, Daytona, TOG).

Only TRF would make me feel this way about my collection.

This hobby(or obsession) is starting to make my other hobbies look trivial. Who needs extra cars? Racing? What for? Anyone want to buy my M3 or Lightning so I can buy more watches?

Also, the WG Smurf Sub is starting to creep into my brain,

There is no cure for this disease huh?

It only gets worse. Get a taste of vintage, and you will be lost FOREVER. Welcome to the dark side.

Totally dig your collection; a cool variety of subs, a YM for the bling factor and the DJ when you have to dress up. Make perfect sense to me! Congrats and thx for sharing.

Nice collection, congrats!!!

And...NO, there is no cure!

I think you should get now a modern Sub, from the "modernisti" fraction, something like this:

Bad influence!

Thanks all for the compliments.

Yes, a vintage and a modern is needed.

Now I just need someone to take my kidneys as payment.

LOL what a collection. I think that blacked out GMT is awesome. Personally, I can only afford to have two rolexes at a time so I stick with classics. But if I had as many as you, I would love to have one of those in my rotation.

Yes it's a slippery slope :-)

And I'm slipping fast...... New gold n'silver GMT II added in January and just laid out big time for an immaculate Red Sub with all papers, box, original purchase receipt etc etc ....the whole package :-)

So bread and water for the foreseeable future :-) Well until I get the 1961 5512 lol :-)

The wife just thinks they're "old watches" ;-) If only she new.... I'd be marched down the designer shops without further ado :-)

What? No all-gold? Your "modest" collection NEEDS a gold GMT (green dial) or DD?

That is one beautiful collection - and nothing modest about it. You've got my favorite watch in that group - the all black GMT-II. I love mine. It gets about 95% of my wrist time.
