Help - Bezel problems

HI there
So Yesterday I finally tried too change the blsck bezel on my GMT2 to the pepsi one I bought on this forum (along with the watch!)

I folllowed the instructions I found on the firum and followed them. The bexel is now back on but there is no "click" I hae taken it off and replaced it three times makig sure (i think) that the spring was in the right place, but I just cant get it to "cick"- what am i doing wrong - (apart from playing with a very very exoensive watch)/..

Would be super grateful for any advce on how to cure the problem -I am unable to visit an AD as I am recovering from spinal surgery and cannot drive at the moment....
thanks
Alex

You either left the spring out, the bezel is sitting on top of it, or it is broken.....
