Hopefully they will catch them and bring them to justice.

That's awful, hope they catch the criminals

My local AD was robbed last week in broad daylight, thieves posing as customers broke into a glass display cabinet & stole seven Tag watches (strange they left alone the Rolex, Omega, Breitling). The store was closed for half a day while police dusted for prints, studied cctv etc

The incident has been very upsetting for the staff, one of the girls broke down in tears yesterday as she was relating the story to me.

Glad that everyone was okay, albeit shaken up!!

As for the robbers...TAG but no Breitling, Omega, or Rolex = obviously some chav morons.

I might be stirring a sensitive topic here, but i say bring back capital punishment 21st century style back.

removing limbs for thieves might be a great start.

It is a bad sign of the times where criminals endanger lives (like the daytime robberies) for property theft. Glad nobody was hurt. Security at AD's has inevitably increased - here in Georgia we had an AD hit even with an armed guard in the store.

And many wonder why AD's don't discount more - the cost of security, insurance and uncovered loss (deductibles) causes them to hold the line on prices.

Watch the "Pusher" trilogy. Three crime movies set in Copenhagen.

Unreal how great they are. I describe them as a cross between the Sopranos and the Wire.

I think you can stream all of them free if you're an Amazon Prime member. I think Netflix only has the third one.

The first was done in 1996, and when I think back at what American cinema and television was doing in 1996 - it wasn't even coming close.

DUDE!!!
great to see these movies are recognised across the pond
best Danish movies to come out in recent times and they're pretty realistic if you know Copenhagen.
i used to live in Vesterbro in the middle of all the underworld wheeling and dealing and watching the Pusher trilogy is like being back in my old 'hood
