DJII popular ? Good seller ?
Another members just posted his new DJII ,
Sheer coincidence that last night when going for a couple of drinks with a couple of co-workers before the long weekend ( my possible departure is supposed to be secret .. but why does everybody seem to know about it ? ) For the first time I came across a DJII in the flesh , big bloke at the bar with a TT . I saw it in a flash and my first reaction was .. fake Rolex ! It must have been the size of the bloke's arm that made me think it was an out of proportion TTDJ at first . Intrigued .. I got closer to it and had a better look . Pretty sure it was real . Still , is this watch a commercial success ? We know that the TT GJ is one of the best sellers of Rolex but is the DJII doing as well ? I've never come across one before and I admit being a bit of a peeping tom when it comes to what people wear on their wrist .

I don't thinks the DJII is popular (yet). It isn't a great success IMO, which is fine by me as there is a less chance of me bumping into someone at the bar or restaurant wearing the exact same one.

There really are only a couple versions of the DJII out there anyway, and it hasn't been out there that long really.
Anyway I Luv mine, so for me thats all that matters anyway.

I hope DJ II doesn't get popular so it will be more 'exclusive' LOL. I reckon once they decide to introduce jubilee bracelet it might be more popular but as much as I want a jubilee I hope they don't.

The DJ II is a great watch and pretty versatile as well. The limited dial choice and lack of jubilee bracelet may be limits to current popularity but, as others have suggested, this may change in the future.
