I was actually there the day this exhibit debut, and had the great honor to meet Mr. Dell Deaton himself !! Fred, Stan and myself all had a personal tour with Dell himself !! It was a GREAT time, and I just wanted to thank Dell again for taking the time to go through all of the James Bond watches (basically piece by piece) and telling us the back-story behind them all. Something I will never forget !!

Although this isn't a GTG thread, per se, might I ask for a reminder of how far away you all are from Columbia? Short notice, but I might have something to propose....

As for how far we are all from Columbia, well, Stan and Fred all came from Kentucky, and I came from CT. The trip took me about 5-6 hours to get there, and it took Fred and Stan probably about the same, if not an hour or two longer. We are having another GTG that Fred, Stan, myself, and a bunch of other TRF'ers are attending in Monroeville, PA on June 17th. (Here is a link to that thread : http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=166080 ) We all try to meet up once a year, and take a few days off work just to meet up with each other. This will be our 3rd year in a row doing so, and beleive it or not, I've had more fun with these guys then during my own family vacations lol Hope you can make it, it would be an honor to have you !
