There's a lot of D & F and even earlier serials for Day-dates, off-popular datejusts, etc.

They'll be sold as new.

This will cause great consternation amongst some, others don't care.

Exactly. Some people feel if they are paying 2011 prices for something that has already been around long enough it's due for service, plus it was bought in by the AD when prices wre a third or more lower, they are getting f***ed.

service is free cause the 2 yr rolex warranty is valid from date of purchase

I hate this too but there is nothing that can be done as this is Rolex policy... the watch is new until purchased by the consumer.

Soon with the introduction of completely random serials, this will no longer be an issue as the consumer will never know
