What is a good proper size diamond bezel for a datejust
I have seen alot of people like the fluted bezel but I like the diamond bezel for several reasons #1 for people that don't know alot about rolex's and can't spot a fake too easy I don't think fake ones have diamonds on them, they do have cz which is easy to spot so that helps let people know you have a real one more then a fake one. #2 To me it makes it "look" more expensive. if you look at a sub watch and a invicta sub watch from several feet away you can't tell which one is which but if you see sparkling diamonds around it. it makes it look better in my opinion. Anyway what is a good size bezel without making it look "too over done" I was thinking 1.5-2CT? I don't think 1ct is enough personally. Any suggestions? or what is your perference

What sized DateJust? Seems like if you're talking Karats, you need to know the mm.
I personally have my eye out for a 31mm with the newer 24-diamond bezel (model 178343 for example). I like diamond and domed bezels better than fluted. I'm sure some more experienced folks will chime in with a better answer, but I had to say I agree on the fluted! Suzy |

About diamonds implying not fake, that's not the case, to either those who know or those who don't know the brand. There are tons of fake Rolexes with diamond bezels and dials, as well as with aftermarket bezels that aren't fake but are not Rolex diamond enhancement. In short, don't count on diamonds to improve the impression of authenticity.

I had a WG DD (36mm) with an aftermarket 1.75ct bezel... Looked awesome, not to big, not to small. Also, I like the channel set bezels better then the bead set that Rolex makes.
