Can you get PAMs refinished
Come service time can they polish out scratches, etc. like they do rolex?

I've checked my local PAM and cost less than a Rolex polish...

Absolutely. Polishing is part of their full service package. It will include disassembly, cleaning and lubricating the movement, a full testing afterwards, as well as polishing. The only thing they won't polish is the very back of the case (the portion that unscrews).
