TRANSFORMERS - Adrenalin pumpin' action!!

Hi guys,

Any of you seen Transformers - Hollywood's latest blockbuster??!!

Saw it this morning with the wifey - it also happened to be Expy's first movie outing!!

Based on the famous comics, this is one helluva adrenalin rush from start to finish. Mind-boggling special effects and computer work makes for a fast-paced, action-packed, thrill-a-minute film.

Go see it!!

Never thought much of them as a cartoon... the movie looks way cool. Might have to break my habit of waiting for it to come out on video for this one.

This one's a definite BIG SCREEN thriller. A TV viewing would just about kill it!!

Michael Bay's direction is awesome!!

Actually Expy's lume was pretty crappy during the run of the film. Couldn't see a damn thing.

However, during natural light (especially when you come in from the sun), the dial glows like hell.

Just saw it! 9pm showing on monday 7/2

Growing up as a kid in the 80's (im 27 now)... i walked away impressed with the CGI, BUT not impressed with the story. One word "cheesy".

I give it a B-

Definitely watch it though! the action was great at times, and the robots are mindblowing.

I am not good with reviewing movies, so I will give this a shot.

The movie line was kinda cheesy, something about an ex-NSA computer expert gone rouge and tries to take down the country by paralyzing all the computer network and create chaos among people.

Bruce willis kicks ass and save the day, the action scenes are awesome, the asian girl from MI3 gets a role with more interactions this time. Combining both you get a good ol' american ass kicking blowing things up good time.

Aside from the hard to believe hacking scenes, the action scenes are great, especially when bruce was driving a big rig and got attacked by a fighter jet thats tearing up the bridge, that was awesome.

I saw Transformers, and it has been several years since I have seen a cartoon. I think I would have better been prepared to see either the Cartoon movie or some of the episodes then to site down for 2 hours and 23 minutes. I was already prep from the clips but you can see at the end of the movie its going to be a sequel. I would say cheesy and corny humor. It was funny when the big fat guy ran thru the house and crashed thru the glass doors. I was expecting a little more seriousness and darkness from Optimus and Megatron. I realize it was a Bay and Speilberg film and not a Speilberg mixed with the guy that mad Edward Scissorhands I cant remember the directors name. He also did Charlier and the Chocolate Factory with a little dark humor. He also directed a Nightmare before Christmas and I still cant remember the directors name.hmmm somebody chime in

Michael Bay was the director.

Just came back from the late showing and I have to say I was not disappointed... even though the robots were not that close to the original series except for Optimus Prime.

Very entertaining and can't wait for the sequel.

Saw Transformers with the kids. Great, great, great special effects. Some humorous dialogue. About 1/2 hour too long. Just ok IMHO.
