Accuracy.............

I can honestly say I've never really checked or been bothered about the accuracy of my sub.

Up until last year I'd worn it daily, unserviced for 12 years and would just reset it every time it was about 5 mins out. Probably every few months. Not too sure.

Anyhow it'd been in my draw for a few weeks recently while my Oris was getting wrist time. I popped it back on around Thursday last week and after about 40 good winds I set it by the TRF clock.

I was flabbergatsed that it's just 2 seconds fast 5 days later, that's bloody good isn't it? I don't think it ever stayed that accurate pre service, which was only a few months ago.

I have an 8 day old SS Sub c that I set when I got it, wore for a few days, then put on the winder for 2 days while I wore my TT Sub. I put it back on today, and noticed that it was a almost a second fast. Couldn't ask for more.

Mine used to end up about 5 mins fast after a month or two.

The GMTIIc I recently sold was within 15-20 seconds per month. Rolex makes some fine movements!

That's good news Danny.....
But just so you know, the "TRF" clock is just actually your own computers clock!
You might want to use an atomic clock site or similar...
