Hi all,
Never posted here before but I turned 45 the other day. Bought my consolation prize....
After lurking on this forum for a while and doing some research I bought myself the watch I've been waiting 25 years to wear. I figure I now have enough gray hair to pull off wearing one of these :)
I wanted a the classic DD champagne dial with sticks and small hands. Admittedly they can be a little difficult to read at times but when I'm wearing the "President", It really doesn't matter what the time is as everyone is waiting on me anyways!

This site was a great source of information. You guys really have some great watch collections

To all you perfectionists out there, excuse the lint. haven't figured out what you guys are using to keep the lint off!!!

What a classic and by the sounds of it a well deserved present to yourself!
