May have bit me in the ass, what do you think of this?

I just dropped a bit on it for my dad and have just started looking deeper into it, band looks polished and the sellers feedback is all piddly crap... Its now stressing me out

Looks legit to me, although I'm pretty sure the box and manual are not original to the watch. The bracelet can be properly refinished with a little work. There is a good tutorial on doing so to be found in the Omega forum on WUS.
