Havn't seen any threads on this.

Has any one of you guys heard about the SS GMT that's a rather 'collector's item'? That being due to factory's 'oops' where on the dial, a few watches made it through with GMT-Master l l written on the dial. Now, I mean literally l l, not II, so its rather 11 or L, L, than the Roman number 2. And trust me, these are NOT fakes.

You mean like this ??

We did discuss it and the consensus was that it is no more than another dial anomoly from a Rolex vendor, like the "swiss made" over 3 indices vs over 5.

But, hey we could be wrong and I stand to be in the big bucks soon
