Access to Forum search utility using an Android tablet device
I need help from the technical/admin. support group. Hope I am asking the question in the right place.
Good afternoon, I have recently purchased an ACER Iconia A500 (tablet computer) . I accessed the Forum today and wanted to do a search of the sales forum. When I requested the search window, it appeared and promptly disappered before I could type in any search information--when the screen keyboard appeared. Also did the same in other parts of the Forum and had the same problem. By the way, the dispaly quality is very impressive. As good as any laptop I have used. Is there an Android (or other) application that will fix this problem? I would appreciate any information or input. Thanks, Bob |

Try Tapatalk - it's an app for using forums more easily on phones and tablets.

I also experienced the same thing on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Besides using Tapatalk, a workaround I do is choose "advanced search" instead of the regular pull-down search. HTH.
