Pam 112...
So thinking about pulling trigger today on 112 before price increase. Already have a 351 that I cannot take off my wrist. Question for those who own/tried on 112, how heavy is it? Comfortable? Had a 312 and it was not 'steady' on the wrist. Thoughts--comments?

Since the 112 is manual, it is much lighter.

![]() It's also thinner and well balance in your wrist. Hope you pull the trigger!! I'm still on the fence between 000 vs. 112!!!!

Since you have an 1950 case, in-house movement model, go for the 112.
Sorry to highjack this thread, but here we go... I am trying to decide between the 312 & 351. The 312 is a beast (thick and heavy) compared to a 104, which I had in the past. I checked out a 351 this morning and compared it to the 312. Seems like you can't go wrong with the black dial, but the brown tobacco dial on the 351 is very unique. The 351 is substantially lighter, which is a good thing in my opinion. Would the 351 be the "one" Panerai to have? Not sure how versatile the brown tobacco dial and Ti case are though. How does the brown tobacco dial and Ti case match up with various straps? My three favorite straps are the OEM JV, OEM Cashmere and OEM black rubber. I currently have a 48 and thinking about making the jump back to 44mm.

![]() YES go for the 351. Have have had both, currently cannot take 351 off my wrist. Sub-C is getting ZERO time. 351 is SUPER light compared to 312 because of Ti. My 312 was top heavy and did not fit correct on my wrist. I love the brown and gold--great combo. Dial is not super brown, goes well with black straps as well. Get it today before price increase on Monday!! Good luck, either 312 or 351. Okay back to 112 question ![]() |

I own a 000 and a 177 (Titanium). I have found that once I got used to the titanium, it was very hard to go back to the steel, especially in the summer. Perhaps it is the shape of my wrist, but I find the wearing comfort to be night and day. So much so, in fact, that I am considering selling my 000 (after the price increase) because it garners so little wrist time.
I also prefer the darker brushed appearance of the titanium. If you love the sandwich dial, I would consider the 176, which is the titanium twin of the 112. It is so comfortable that I forget I have it on.

Paul!! The bug got you good hum?!?
112 is a winner! I started with the 312 but I am now a convert to the hand wound base! Pull that trigger! The luminor case sits differently on the wrist compared to the p9000 1950 case. |

I use to have a 111 and 0005... both a comfortable fit, size and weight on my 6.5" wrists! I believe the 112 is about the same size and wt.
Good luck and post the photo's soon!

Thanks for the feedback. I am definitely leaning towards the 351. You can't go wrong with the light-weight Ti 1950 case and brown dial/gold hands combo...very unique piece and low production numbers compared to the 351.
I am going pre-owned, so the price increase shouldn't affect pre-owned prices too much. A few pre-owned 351s sold in the low $6,000s recently. Quote:

The 112 would be on par with the 351. The 351 is light on the case (Titanium), while the 112 is light on the movement (manual wind ETA).
