Forgive my ignorance, but I need to ask a few relatively simple questions:

How many times do you need to wind the crown on the Speedmaster (moon watch) to get it to full power reserve?

Also, is there some type of indicator that you're now full? Either a clicking sound, greater resistance, etc.?

Do you wind your watch every night, or every morning?

1. About 6o times

2. You're full when the crown stops winding. It just can't go anymore

3. The reserve is about 48 hours...but it's better to wind it every 24 hours ( morning or night whichever you prefer) to give maximum performance.

Just wind until you can't wind anymore

I wear my speedy in rotation, so I only wind it when I'm going to be wearing it.

I wind mine every morning before I go to work and it takes about 30+ turns to get to full wind.

Mine requires about one twist per hour of running. It has approximately a 50 hour reserve with no chrono usage.

Every morning with about 25+ turns (until it stops). This is the kind of relationship that every WIS needs with their watch(es)...
