Has anyone ever seen this vintage ladies watch?

My mother recently inherited this watch its believed to be pre 50`s. This is the second time posted about it the last picture was very unclear. I have searched virtually every corner of the web for this watch and cannot find one similar anywhere. Would that do anything to increase its value or not i am unsure. Any help would be appreciated.
Believe it to be 18kt with 4 diamonds as pictured. There is no writing on the back at all.

You might want to post this in the vintage section of the forum.

Afraid today with any ladies cocktail watches including Rolex the value is mainly in the precious metal and diamonds. If it has great sentimental meaning to you have it serviced and have your mother wear it.
